Setting up a defensible showback/chargeback process requires buy-in from a number of stakeholders to be successful. This session will cover how to get the necessary executive sponsorship needed to establish a recurring process of cost recovery while also ensuring that the technical aspects of the solution are correct and accurate from both an operational and financial perspective. Finally, introducing showback and chargeback also involves significant change throughout the organization, and often involves introducing winners and losers compared to the previous financial model, which should also be handled in the transition process.
