Proposal Submission Guidelines
As you prepare your proposal, please review the guidelines below. Ensure that your submission aligns with one of the topic tracks, and that the primary audience and content level is clear.
- Technology Financial Management
- Cloud Financial Management
- Enterprise Agile Planning
- Apptio Platform (e.g. Apptio BI, Datalink)
- IT Admin or Manager
- IT Finance or TBM Office
- Cloud Center of Excellence
- PMO or Product Leader
- Executives / Leadership
- Introductory 100 – Appropriate for all levels
- Intermediate 200 – Requires working knowledge
- Advanced 300 – Requires specialized knowledge

We have a panel of experts from our Products, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams assigned to the topics they know best. Each panel will narrow down their options while meeting with other panels to avoid conflicting sessions.
Yes, we welcome you to tell your story in as many ways as you’d like. However, we cannot guarantee all of your submissions will be chosen.
We’ll cover your TBMC pass as a thank you for presenting your TBM and Cloud experiences!
Awards are open to all Apptio customers, including Cloudability and Targetprocess customers. We welcome self-nominations as well as nominations by third party advisors, consultants, or PR professionals who work with those customers.
